Innovating is to create new futures, is a way of being and a constant search that occurs through people. At Yuken we see innovation as a way to generate impact and transformation. We identify the purpose of a transformation process giving it sense and coherence, to let the organizations build their own innovation capacity, reaching their goals and generating a greater internal and external value.

There is no easy high risk, ambiguous or uncertain activity and innovating is not the exception. So, how to learn innovation from design? How to achieve innovation in a consistent and predictable way?

To give a good answer to these questions it is needed a competent team regarding processes, methods and tools management that promote the development of agile solutions and a real impact implementation, but also considering cognitive and emotional limitations management.

To innovate we must consider an innovation project as a path of learning and discovery regarding: (i) What is the actual problem we have to solve? (ii) What is the best solution to solve that hidden problem? and (iii) What is the best way to implement that solution in a sustainable way over time?
