Our Action Guidelines

(defi)² is the methodology that we developed at Yuken to establish innovation capacities and generate innovations in a consistent and predictable way. This methodology is designed to generate innovation with an impact on high risk, ambiguous and uncertain environments, and is driven by discovery, enabled by empathy and fueled by failure.

It is presented as an open platform that has been designed with the support of CORFO to act at the service of entrepreneurs, universities and companies. www.defi2.cc

As we implement solutions via Action-Research we develop knowledge regarding adult and children learning, design and innovation processes, individual and team cognitive development, and transfer what has been learnt to a wide range of places such as educational contexts inside and outside Chile, Civil Society, Public Organizations and Companies.

We are experts designing experiences where methodologies such as User research and Contextual Design, tools such as Design Sprints and fields such as Information Design, lead us to develop new, comprehensive, interactive and educational experiences.

Our objective is to find challenges and solve problems whose implementation generates a local and global high impact.
